In a Nutshell

Assalamualaikum.... GUNUNG KINABALU MENGGAMIT KEMBALI RINDU!  Walaupun dah 3 bulan berlalu, rasa macam baru semalam jer aku menjejakkan kaki di puncak Akinabalu!  Berjaya menakluk puncak Kinabalu merupakan satu kepuasan yang tidak terhingga. MasyaAllah, tatkala berada di puncak, terasa diri ini kerdil, menyaksikan keindahan alam semulajadi ciptaan Illahi.  Ia satu pengalaman yang amat berharga yang akan sentiasa  tersemat  dihati setiap  pendaki yang pertama kali berjaya menjejakinya seperti aku.  "AIRMATA GUNUNG KINABALU" Gempa bumi berukuran 5.9 pada skala Richter yang berlaku di Ranau pada 7.15 pagi Jumaat lepas (5 Jun), turut dirasai di kawasan lain seperti Tambunan, Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu dan Kota Belud. Assalamualaikum Dataran Merdeka,  Kuala Lumpur  7 pagi, 24 Mei 2015 Tahun ni terdapat 2 kategori 5km Colour My Heart Run dan Live Great Run 12km. Bilangan peserta tahun ini amatlah ramai, dianggarkan lebih 16,000 menyertai bagi semua kategori. Entry Fee: Early Bird, Before 31st March 2015 12km - RM55 5km - RM45 Normal 12km - RM65 5km - RM55 Kitaorang sampai pon dah lambat sebab kes mencari parking. Pastu mencari mana group yang 12km punya. Kitaorang sesat masuk dalam group 5km. Sempat lagi rileks2, selfie. Padahal group 12km dah start flag off dah pukul 7am. Aku tengok jam dah pukul 7.12am! Perghhhh.... apa lagi berlari macam lipas kudung la... hahaaa... tak de nak warming up ke hape ke... Dah la ni first time aku masuk 12km ni... mampu ke idok aku nak lari ni??.. main redah jer! kah3..
